Ashli Palmer has advanced successful strategies on legislative priorities as a government affairs consultant and during her tenure in the House Democratic Leadership and the Executive Branch.

Having begun her career nearly two decades ago as a Staff Assistant, she rose through the ranks, served as Policy Director for Assistant Democratic Leader James E. Clyburn (D-SC) and as a Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the Obama Administration. Ashli capped her government service as the Director of Floor Operations for Majority Whip Clyburn, where she was a trusted advisor to House Leadership, including Majority Leader Hoyer and Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and members across the spectrum of the House Democratic Caucus.

Most recently, Ashli was a partner at Tiber Creek Group where she represented a wide variety of clients, and she previously was the Director of Federal Government Relations at CVS Health.

Ashli is a native of South Carolina and began her career in the office of Congressman John M. Spratt (D-SC). She’s a proud graduate of Spelman College and resides in Washington, DC with her two sons.
